Announcement by SICO Capital Company regarding an update of the terms and conditions of SICO Saudi REIT Fund

SICO Capital announces an update of the terms and conditions of SICO Saudi REIT as of 12/07/1442H corresponding to 31/10/2023G where the terms and conditions has been updated to be in accordance with the amended Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations based on the resolution of the CMA’s Board of Directors pursuant dated 12/07/1442H (corresponding to 24/02/2021G) according to the order and sequence illustrated in the appendix No. (2) of the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations.
