CSICO Capital Company approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non- fundamental change to SICO Saudi REIT Fund, such change will become effective on (15/11/2023 H.), corresponding to (01/05/1445 G.) The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: Updating the zakat clause in the terms and conditions of the Fund for the purpose of implementing the rules for collecting zakat from investors in investment funds.
