SICO Capital announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to SICO Kingdom Equity Fund – Class (B); such change will become effective on (1447/07/04H), corresponding to (24/12/2025G)

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: - Updated the Fund Manager’s location - Changed the minimum subscription for Class (B) to SAR 10,000 - Changed the minimum additional subscription and redemption amount to SAR 1,000 - Provided more detailed clarification of certain fund fees and their calculation method - Expanded on the risks that may affect the fund’s performance - Made changes to investment restrictions to comply with the Investment Funds Regulations - Adjusted index fees so that unit holders do not bear them - Changed the default example for the minimum subscription of Class (B) - Appointed an investment advisor
