SICO Capital Company announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of SICO Kingdom Equity Fund - Class (B) due to resignation of board member Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Al-Amr (Independent) from 02/03 /1447, corresponding to 2025/08/26. And the appointment of Mr. Imad Awad (Independent) from 29/03/1447, corresponding to 2025/09/22. The formation of the board of directors, after change, shall be:

• Mishal Ali Al-Hellow (Chairman of the Fund Board – Non-Independent)

• Shakeel Sarwar (Non-Independent) • Imad Awad (Independent)

• Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Manqour (Independent)
